We believe handmade is a luxury. A skill that that requires time, patience and expertise.
Every Woven Rosa piece carries a story: the hands that made it, the materials it came from, the person who made it, the person who designed it.
Woven Rosa started with a wish to share pieces like this with the people we love; objects and wares that have meaning. As we've grown, that wish has become a responsibility: to make sure the people and the planet behind our pieces are never compromised for beauty.
This is our journey, and it's far from finished. Read on to see how we're working towards it.
Made By Hand
We work with independent artisans and small workshops to celebrate the skilled handmade process. Each technique is specific to the region where the homewares are made, and are often family trades that have been passed down through generations to preserve the traditional techniques.
Natural Materials
The materials we use are natural and sourced locally to where the homeware is handmade. The materials we use Include Peruvian sheep wool, Peruvian Alpaca fibre, wicker, white clay-based ceramic and recycled glass.
The materials used are premium quality, with the aim to create pieces that will last and be past down for years to come.
Small Batch Production
Our homewares are all handmade and one-of-a-kind pieces or collections made in small batches.
We believe there is magic in making things slowly, and uniquely, to celebrate process and the story behind each piece.
Often our homewares are limited edition or one off pieces, adding to the speciality of each collection.
Care and Repair
We encourage you to care for your homewares, fixing wear and tears where needed, to ensure a long life.
Our homewares are modern heirlooms, made to be cherished and kept forever. Keep yours safe, and pass down to the future generation.
